Universal Laws, also referred to as Spiritual Laws or Laws of Nature are the
unwavering and unchanging principles that rule our entire universe and are the
means by which our ourselves, our world and the entire cosmos continues to
exist, thrive and expand.
Contrary to majority belief...Universal Laws are not based on theory or
speculation. What at one point was believed to be only theoretical, mystical or
spiritual in nature and understood only by those who learned to tap into the
place from where 'Higher Truth' comes, has now emerged and become evident in
the latest discoveries and is now being measured on a physical level.
In essence, Universal Laws, or Laws of Nature as they are often called, are the
governing force that determine without fail EVERY aspect of creation including
each of the events, conditions and circumstances experienced by you, me and
everyone else in the world on both an individual and collective level.
"Since you have control over what thoughts you offer, what could be
more just than the powerful Law of Attraction responding equally to everyone
who offers a vibration? Once you gain control over the thoughts you think, your
sense of injustice will subside and will be replaced with the exuberance for
life and the zest to create that you were born with. Let everything in the
Universe be an example to you of the way the Laws of the Universe work."

'What
is Your ‘Tar Baby’?
We
all have them. We all have our 'Tar Baby'.
So, what is a 'Tar Baby'? To understand you need an
explanation of The
Law of Attraction which is the law that responds to us and gives us
back what
we give out in the form of our feelings. The definition of The Law of
Attraction is -'that which is like unto itself is drawn', 'like
attracts like'
and 'you get what you think about, both wanted and unwanted.' I also
want to
remind you that everything is energy and all energy has a vibration.
Thought is
energy that has a vibration that is projected out and attracts more of
the
same.
Now,
back to the 'Tar Baby'. To best explain
this I will use a couple of common examples. Let's say you are in debt
and
there isn't enough money coming in to cover the amount you owe. The
bills come
in and when you open them, you feel bad. You can feel the emotions of
fear and
worry and sometimes it can feel overwhelming, and you don't know what
to do.
You wish your debt would just go away. Therefore, debt is your 'Tar
Baby'. You
don't want debt and you push against it. But in an attraction based
universe,
what happens when you push against anything is that you attract more of
the
same. Picture a very sticky 'tar baby.' You push it away with one hand
and it
get's stuck, so you use your other one and it gets stuck too. Now you
use your
foot to push and it gets stuck and then the other. Now you are totally
stuck to
your 'Tar Baby.' Are you relating to this? This is why we keep
attracting the
very things we don't want; in this example more
debt.
Now
let's use another example that we can all
relate to. Something more group oriented. Let's say you are a member of
a group
such as 'Mother's Against Drunk Driving'. Before I go on, I want to
make it
clear that I am not using this particular group for any other reason
than that
it is well known. Everything has two sides to it, so there is positive
and
negative in all groups. You get involved because you are against drunk
driving
also. The 'Tar Baby' is drunk driving. One person decided to create
this group.
They pushed against drunk driving and got totally stuck so they needed
others
to help them get unstuck, but they got stuck too. More help was needed
and so
on and so on until it becomes a large group pushing against something,
The more
you push against, the more stuck you get.
When
we put our attention on what we don't
want, we will continue to get what we don't want. The Law of Attraction
makes
it so.
The
way to attract more of what we want, can
only be to put our attention on what we do want..
To create the
experience you desire, you have to begin to think better feeling
thoughts. The
feelings are our 'attractor factor' that attract more of the same.
Let's
go back to the debt ‘Tar Baby’. Instead
of pushing against it, begin to consciously and deliberately decide to
think a
different thought about it. You can start to think thoughts of
appreciation
about how you were able to get the things you needed or wanted at the
time. You
can also decide to feel good about any amount you can pay toward the
debt. You
can imagine what your life will be like when you are free of debt and
even the
conversations you will have when you are no longer in debt. If you just
can't
feel good about it, just choose anything else to appreciate and feel
good
about. The reason for these suggestions goes to the fundamental
understanding
of the Law of Vibration. When we can feel better about anything, we
will
attract more of what feels better.
Now,
let's go back to the Mothers Against
Drunk Driving 'Tar Baby'. Can you see that with the understanding of
the
universal laws that a far better approach to changing drunk driving is
to be for
driving sober? And that continuing to push against drunk driving can
only bring
attention to drunk driving that the Law of Attractionwill
respond to and bring more of?
There
is a great story about Mother Theresa .
When she was asked to join a march to protest against the Vietnam War,
she said
"no, but when you have a march for peace I will be
there."
This is a perfect answer for how to attract more of what you
want.
So,
what is your 'Tar Baby'? Notice the
things in your life that you are pushing against. Change your thoughts
and
feelings about them in ways that feel better. Decide that the most
important thing is
that you feel good right now; because
you now understand that the better you feel the better it gets. Use the
power
you have to be the 'attractor factor' of more of what you want and
watch as the
universal laws respond with more of the same.
Success
is in the mind. Literally. Our
brain is a laboratory. It will take ideas and concepts and build on
them. It asks
the what ‘ifs’ , the possibilities and potentials. It is the architect.
When we
focus on our idea of the success we desire in our business and in our
lives, the
idea moves to the frontal lobe. As we put aside the distractions, it
becomes
more real than the external environment. With
all of our awareness on our idea of
success, it becomes our new reality. In that moment another part of the
brain
is activated called the cerebellum. This part has millions of
connections and
its purpose is to endorse our new idea of success which has been
activated in
the frontal lobe. It gives life to it and causes the brain to become
rewired
with a new perception of reality.
Why
is this important? By understanding
the way we create with our minds, we can begin to break the habits that
are
keeping us apart from being a success. We can break the habit of being
who we
now are and create a new successful self.Just as we can delete old files in our computers and
download new ones,
we can delete old programming that we have been carrying around that
tell us
that we aren’t worthy of success or that it’s hard to be successful and
replace
them with ones that support us and keep us on track toward the success
we
desire.
How
do we do this? We begin by using
the above knowledge and mentally rehearse the new idea of our
successful
self.We spend time
each day just as an
Olympic athlete dedicates time to his goal of winning the gold medal.We don’t let anything get
in the way of our
dream. We mentally practice our new self who is already a success and
take
inspired action that will create the outcome we want.We filter out the distractions and focus our
attention on what we want. We ask important questions such as: ‘ who
would I be
if I were a success’?‘What
would I be
doing with my time’? ‘What will my conversations sound like’? ‘What
will my
life look like’?
Because
of the chemical and physiological
changes in the brain created by our new thinking , new pathways have
been
formed. The brain builds upon the law of association. We now have a new
concept
of our self as a success.Then,by the law of repetition
that says that if we
do something over and over again,the
process of creating the new version of our successful self starts to
become
simple, automatic and natural. Now , it has also become sub-conscious.The new idea has become
hardwired. We are now
‘wired’ for success.
'What you see is what you get'
I'm
sure you have heard the expression 'What you see is what
you get.' The fact is, these words are absolutely true. When you
understand
that what you focus on increases and that your point of attention is
your point
of attraction, you will see what I mean.
We
have an incredible ability to create using our imagination.
Everything began first as an idea. Using your imagination to picture
what you
want, feeling the feeling as if you have it, is being a powerful
creator. Remember, the law of
attraction is always responding
to how you feel and giving you more of the same.How
you feel is as a result of the 'essence' of
your thoughts. The essence is the true feeling. So, in other words you
can't fake it. When you say you are feeling good
when you aren't, you can't fool the Law of Attraction. It
will pick up on the true frequency of your thoughts and feelings and
respond with the same. Remember -like attract like. Einstein made it
clear when he said 'Imagination is everything. It is the preview of
life's coming attractions.'
Research
shows that we
have over 60 thousand thoughts in a day, so it's not possible to
monitor our
thoughts. What you can do is notice how you feel as a result of what
you have been
thinking and imagining. If you feel good, keep going. But,
if you feel negative, stop and deliberately choose a
better feeling thought and picture what you want. What you see in your
mind is
what you are going to get, when you practice the idea until you believe
it.As Napoleon Hill author of
Think And
Grow Rich' remind us, 'What the mind of man can conceive and believe,
it can
achieve.'
So
what can you do
to practice seeing what you want so that you can attract it into your
life? First
and foremost, make the time in our day to sit quietly, breath deeply
and imagine
what you want.Just let yourself have
what you want in your mind. Feel what it will feel like having what you
want.
Be light and easy about it. If you begin to feel negative because you
don't
have it right now, just notice the resistance and don't judge it. Let
it go. Go
back to deeply breathing until you feel less resistance. The key is to
practice. The more you do, the more you will release resistance to the
idea of
having what you want. We are either resisting or allowing. In time you
will
increase the feeling of allowing; you will begin to believe in your
desire. Once you believe it you can achieve
it.
Another
very powerful way is to create a Vision
Board. To create a vision board, all you do is cut out
pictures from magazines and other sources that
represent what you want and put them onto a large board. Your vision
board can
also include words, phrases and sentences. Place it where it will be
visible to
you-especially first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep.
There is
actual science behind creating a vision board. The key purpose that
vision
boards serve is to keep you focused. No
matter what happens during your day, your vision board will be a
constant
reminder of what you want and where you want to be. Appealing to you on
both conscious and subconscious levels, a vision
board is a powerful and effective
way to
keep your mind focused on your goals, your attention on your
intentions, and your
life on track toward your desires.

Have
you ever had negative thoughts that feel like they are on a feedback
loop and you just can't stop them? It can feel like a skipping record.
Or, have you ever had the experience of negative fearful thoughts and
feelings such as insecurity or unworthiness that you thought you were
done with that suddenly rear their ugly head? Or perhaps you have a
friend who describes the same 'drama' story of their life each time see
them. It's like the movie 'Ground Hog Day'. Nothing has
changed,
they keep having the same bad experience over and over. Or maybe it's
you who is the one doing the describing? I
mentioned in my past article that I would be explaining how we can
become addicted to the chemicals that are created as we think chronic
thoughts. If you recall, we have over 60,000 thoughts in a day; most of
them are negative and most are repeats of the ones we thought the day
before. But,
why do we sometimes feel as though we don't have control over our
thoughts? Why does it feel as though our thoughts are thinking us? As
explained in his powerful book, 'Evolve Your Brain, The Science of
Changing Your Mind' by Joe Dispenza, D.C., every thought produces a
biological reaction in the brain. The brain then releases chemical
signals that are transmitted to the body, where they act as messengers
of the thought. The thoughts that produce the chemicals in the brain
allow your body to feel exactly the way you were thinking. So, every
thought produces a chemical that is matched by a feeling in the body.
Talk about a body - mind connection! Essentially,
when you think happy, inspiring, positive thoughts, your brain
manufactures chemicals called 'neurotransmitters' that make you feel
happy, inspired and uplifted. The ones that are responsible for these
wonderful feelings include serotonin, dopamine, norephinephine,
melatonin, oxytocin and endorphins. For example, when you anticipate an
experience that is pleasurable, the brain immediately makes a chemical
'neurotransmitter' called dopamine, which turns the brain and body on
in anticipation of that experience and causes you to begin to feel
excited. Think about how you feel when you are in love and that
wonderful feeling that flows through you when you were going to see
each other. Or think of that feeling when you were a child and couldn't
wait for Christmas morning. On
the other hand, when you have angry, worried or unworthy thoughts, the
brain also produces chemicals called 'neuropeptides', that the body
responds to with that same expectation of feeling those negative
feelings. For instance, think about how you feel when the bills arrive
and you don't have enough money to pay them. Or, when you are in a
relationship you thought was going along great and suddenly the other
person doesn't call you when they said they would. Those chemicals
create those 'worst case scenario' feelings. The
brain is constantly monitoring this experience we are feeling in our
body and generates thoughts that produce more of the same chemical
messengers, so you begin to think the way you feel. Thinking creates
feeling and then feeling creates thinking in a continuous cycle. Can
you see that this 'loop' will eventually create a particular state in
the body that determines the nature of how we feel and behave? For
instance, have you ever known someone who is just 'ornery'? They hardly
have a positive word to say. They have a negative view of life and see
and talk about what is going wrong rather than what is going right? Or
how about that friend who is always in 'victim mode'. Each time you get
together she tells you her tale of woe. 'Why is this happening to me,
again' she often says. 'Life is against me' is her mantra. So, it is
very true that thoughts become matter. The
more we think the same thoughts, which then produce the same chemicals,
this causes the body to have the same feelings. Many have
spent
nearly every day for decades in internal states of anger,worry,
anxiety, sadness, jealousy or some form of emotional pain. When you
think and feel and think and feel for that long, is it no wonder that
for some they can become addicted to those feelings? Then
of course you have those in your life that are just naturally happy.
They smile and laugh often. You love being around them. They are
thinking and feeling and thinking and feeling joyful, happy, expectant
of good things thoughts that produce the same feelings. They don't
allow negative thoughts for long until they choose something to focus
their attention on that makes them feel good. They know that they are
here to feel good and don't tolerate feeling bad. I sincerely hope this
is you! Now,
there is also something else very important to understand in this whole
experience. Remember, we are both physical and non-physical (or
spiritual) at all times. There is a part of us that is spirit and
connected to what most call God, Source, or Love. The spiritual aspect
of us is that part of us that is managing everything. It beats our
heart, pumps our blood, and orchestrates and manages what can only be
described as miraculous, the cellular events of this amazing body. Some
call it 'infinite intelligence.' I agree. It is all good and because we
are an extension of it and connected to it, we are good and are here to
feel good. The
feelings that are produced by our thoughts can also be described as
communication or guidance from that non physical part of us. When we
feel good, that is communication to keep going in that direction. And
when we feel bad, that is our guidance letting us know that we need to
stop and change direction. That feeling is producing energy that is
being responded to by the universal Law of Attraction which responds
with more of the same. Have you ever noticed that the better you feel
the better it gets and the worse you feel the worse it gets. That is
because of the Law of Attraction. We
have a perfect set up here. The reason why we are here and what we want
most of all is to feel good. At all times, the spiritual non physical
part of us is responding and communicating with us and the physical
part of us is responding and communicating with us. Doesn't it make
sense then to pay attention? When we find ourselves thinking and
feeling in ways that don't feel good, it is crucial to stop and do what
we can to feel better. There are countless ways we can feel better. The
very first thing to do is just begin to take moments through out the
day when you close your eyes, quiet your mind and take long slow
breaths. Another action to take is to deliberately write out a list of
the positive aspects of your life. Practicing appreciation is another
way to focus on what feels good which will in turn cause you to think
better feeling thoughts. Once you begin to direct your thoughts toward
what will feel better, better feeling chemicals will begin to flow and
at the same time the Law of Attraction will respond to that better
feeling with more better feelings. This
is the body, mind, spirit connection. It's perfect! Now you understand
the reason why you think and feel the way you do and what you can do
about it. You are here to feel good. The reason you want everything in
your life is because you want to feel good. Decide today to put into
practice the ways you can deliberately think and feel better and your
life will get better.
'Dive
Deeper Into The 'law Of Attraction'
You
may already be familiar with the Law of Attraction. Since
the release of the book and movie 'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne and the
New York times best seller, 'The Law of Attraction: the basics of the
teaching of Abraham' by Esther and Jerry Hicks, along with the myriad
of other writings about the Law of Attraction by many many wonderful
teachers; hearing about it has become common place.
As
with all of the other Universal Laws,
the Law of Attraction will
continue to operate methodically, flawlessly, and with 100% unwavering
certainty regardless of your awareness of it or ignorance to it. It
will continue to operate exactly as it was created, regardless of your
belief or disbelief in it.
The
Law of Attraction delivers to all, in exactly the same way, and
with the same unwavering and predictable certainty, regardless of your
age, gender, religious belief, nationality, etc. It does not
differentiate, discriminate or judge in any way, shape or form. You
cannot hide from it or escape it's effects.
So,
what is the Law of Attraction really and what does it have to do
with your life?
Simply
put, The Law of Attraction is
considered the most powerful law
in the universe. It is the law that manages vibration. It states:
-'that which is like unto itself is drawn'. You may have also heard
expressions such as 'like attracts like' or 'where your attention goes,
your energy flows'. Or perhaps you have heard words and descriptions
such as; synchronicity, fate, karma, coincidence, luck, chance, and
serendipity, among others.
As
I explained in the first report about
The Law of Vibration:
'anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen; broken
down into and analyzed in its purest and most basic form, consists of
pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory
frequency or 'pattern'. So, now you know that everything is energy.
The
Law of Attraction states that whatever
is broadcast out into the
universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal
frequency, resonance or vibration.
All energy has a vibration; radiates a signal, and attracts a matching
signal back. Thoughts and feelings are also energy. When we send out
our thoughts, our thoughts have a certain vibration, which then
radiates a signal, and a matching signal is then sent back to the
source of that signal. This happens at the speed of thought; the
fastest energy that exists. Did you know that you have over 60,000
thoughts in a day? Most of them are the same thoughts you were thinking
the day before. So, is it no wonder that we keep living the same
experiences day in and day out?! The good news is, if you don't like
the way your life looks and feels, you can change it by changing your
thoughts and feelings. (more about how to deliberately direct your
thoughts as we go on.)
Law
of Attraction says, you can't feel poor
and become rich. Law of
Attraction says, you can't feel fat and become slender. Law of
Attraction says, you can't feel powerless and become powerful. If we
think thoughts of abundance, that particular vibration is sent out into
the universe. The abundance signal is sent out and we receive back
matching energy in the form of abundance. The same is true if we are
thinking thoughts of lack or limitation. The Law of Attraction delivers
both what is wanted and what is unwanted depending on the signal we
send out to the Universe. This Universal Law demonstrates how we create
the things, events, and people that come into our lives. Our thoughts,
feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn, attract
'like' energies. Is this starting to make sense? Is this also beginning
to make you want become a match to what you want?
Also
known as Cause and Effect or Sowing
and Reaping, The Law of
Attraction is, like all Universal Laws, extremely important to
understand and put into effect if you are to learn to decisively and
consciously attract the things into your life that you most desire. It
is equally as important to learn how notto attract those things that
you do not desire. Most of us don't realize that the very reason we are
attracting more of what we don't want is because we are focused on, and
giving our attention to what we don't want. The evidence of your
dominant attention is the life you are living.
Everything,
and I mean everything that you
are experiencing in your
life is coming from the inside out. This is a very good thing to
understand. When you understand this, you will no longer be feeling
like a victim in life. Once you understand that you are the creator of
your reality by the means of your mind, you become the powerful creator
you are meant to be. You are the master of your mind. You can change a
thought. Do you realize the power in that? That means that there isn't
anything, and I mean anything that you can't change.
We
create our 'reality' each day with the
thoughts we are thinking and
the feelings that we feel as a result of the thoughts. More accurately,
you get the 'essence' of what you think about whether you want it or
not. Essence is a very important word. Essence means the feeling that
projects out from you from what you are thinking. You can't fool the
Law of Attraction. Remember, it is responding to how you truly feel.
For
instance, let's use money as an
example. You may think that you
have been entertaining thoughts about having a lot of money. You
believe that you have been thinking about wanting more money. Who isn't
thinking about wanting and having more money, right? Well, if you don't
have the 'more money' that you have been thinking about; the 'essence'
of that thinking that you would swear is about 'more money', is
actually the 'essence' or feeling of the 'lack of money'. The
experience of not having enough money created the feeling of wanting
'more money', but your attention is on the 'lack of money' so you keep
getting the 'lack of money'. The dominant vibration the Law of
Attraction is responding to is 'lack of money'. Do you get it? You are
asking with your vibration more than with your words. And the proof is
what you are living. On the other hand, if your experience right now is
an 'abundance of money', then you have been feeling the'essence' of an
'abundance of money.' The Law of Attraction makes it so.
Now,
there is another very important part
to the understanding of The
Law of Attraction and it's response to the essence (feeling) of what we
are thinking and feeling. At the same time the Law of Attraction is
responding to the 'physical' you, it is also responding to the
'non-physical' you. The non-physical, or spiritual you; some call it
soul or God, is the part of us that most believe created us; and that
we are never separated from. It is always experiencing your life as you
want it to be. It does not experience what is going wrong, it
experiences what is going right. It will not join you in your negative
feelings because it is pure positive energy.
For
instance, going back to the money
example; at the same time you
experience the 'lack of money', you also have the desire for 'more
money'. This experience is called 'contrast'. (more about the benefit
of contrast as we go on). But, in that moment, the non-physical part
immediately has the experience of the 'abundance of money'. As a result
of the new desire for more money you have created a new version of
'you' with more money in your imagination. This is also known as your
'vibrational reality.' That negative feeling of not having money
within, is actually a message or guidance from our non-physical self,
communicating with our physical self. It is letting us know that we are
focused on what we don't want; in this case 'lack of money', while 'it'
is focused on and has become the new you with an abundance of money. It
wants us to wake up and pay attention. It's our biggest fan; our
cheerleader. It is always going to let us know that we are veering off
track and heading away from our desires. It does this through the use
of a feeling or emotion that feels some way 'negative', so that we will
do what it takes to get back on track. Think about this. This is truly
wonderful! It's the same as having an internal GPS system like the one
in your car that lets you know that you are; heading toward or away
from where you want to be. You will always know that you are heading in
the right direction because you will be feeling good.

I love the comedian Steven Wright. In fact, I just saw him
perform this summer and laughed the entire show. That means I was
laughing a full hour and a half. Knowing what I know about vibration,
one of my favorite ways to raise my vibe is to watch comedy.
I know that I won’t be focused on anything in my life that feels bad
for that period of time. It’s great! I highly recommend it.
And, I really loved this joke. It immediately caused me to relate it to
the Understanding of the Universal Laws. Remember, your point of
attention is your attraction. We have all heard of the children
diagnosed with ADD-Attention Deficit. The
description is that it is difficult to pay attention to something for
long periods of time. Now that we know that giving our
attention to something will attract more of the same doesn’t it make
sense to practice, as Steven Wright so creatively put it, HDADD?
Doesn’t it make sense to deliberately focus on what you want and what
feels good in high definition and pay little attention to what you
don’t want and what feels bad?
What you notice in your life, and give your undivided
attention to, you attract more of. You are a focusing
mechanism. You scan life and put your attention on what is in
front of you. You interpret with your senses and it either
feels good or not. The vibration or the essence of that
feeling that is created from your ATTENTION is being responded to by
The Law of Attraction bringing you more of the same. You are
living life today, at this very moment as a result of everything you
have focused your ATTENTION. I hope you are getting my point about your
choice of ATTENTION.
Think about this. It’s very powerful. I’ll give you
a perfect example. Something easy to relate to. Let’s say you
are in a relationship with someone significant in your life. I’ll use
spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend for this description. And
let’s say that this person sometimes behaves in ways that just drive
you CRAZY. There isn’t a relationship out there that doesn’t have this
as part of the relationship. In the beginning, you only
noticed what you liked and gave that your HDA –high definition
attention. The things that you didn’t like you had ADD. You
filtered them out. As time went by, suddenly you started to
notice the things you didn’t like more and more and gave them
attention, and you paid less attention to what you do like.
Now you aren’t as happy as you once were and wondering why.
Isn’t this what happened to you and almost everyone you know?
Well, here’s the beauty of life. You are always at choice. You get to
choose everything you give your attention to. In this
relationship example, just by practicing HDADD; by intentionally
focusing on the things you like about your partner and your
relationship and taking your focus off of what drives you
crazy, you will change the whole experience. Focus
on what is going right, and watch as you attract more of what is going
right. Focus on the positive aspects of your partner and watch as your
experience more and more of those aspects.
Here is one of the processes I suggest to my clients in my Life
Coaching practice. Get a notebook dedicated to writing down positive
aspects. It’s aptly called your ‘Book of Positive
Aspects’. No matter what you are experiencing in any area of
your life, you can change your relationship to it by putting your
attention on the positive aspects and writing them down in your ‘Book
of Positive Aspects’. In my relationship example, write the
person’s name at the top of the page and write out all the positive
aspects. Knowing that your point of attention is your point
of attraction and that every thought has a frequency that is being
responded t , you will be projecting out good feelings as you focus on
all those wonderful aspects. The unwavering Universal Laws are always
responding . The Law of Attraction guarantees that you will attract
more of the same. So what you will be experiencing from this
practice, is more good feelings. And as I have reminded you in my other
reports, the reason you want anything in your life is because you
believe it will cause you to feel good. Including this
process in your day will increase the amount of time you feel good
which is what all you really want.
'Good Vibrations'

were definitely picking up
on the
Understanding of the
Universal Laws when they wrote their famous song 'Good Vibrations.'
This song has been played countless times. And no wonder; We love it.
The title matches the song and it's effect on us. And the words convey
just what they were feeling at the time. I especially like the line
'gotta keep those lovin' good vibrations'.
Everything is energy and all energy has a vibration. Every
thought we think, has a vibration that has a frequency that is then
responded to by the Law of Attraction and matched with more of the
same. Do you remember that you have over 60,000 thoughts in a day? Now
that you know that those thoughts are being responded to, are you
beginning to realize how it is that you can find yourself sometimes
having one heck of a bad day that began with one negative thought?
You are here to feel good. It is the most important thing in your life.
It is the reason you want everything. You are hardwired to go toward
what feels good and away from pain. The reason for this is because we
are vibrational beings mostly. Maybe you have heard the expression that
we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Think about it;
our physical body feels pain and pleasure, our mind thinks thoughts and
we have emotions that let us know how we are doing. All of those
experiences are vibrational. You can't see a feeling, a thought or an
emotion.
Understanding this is crucial to creating the life you
desire.' Let's say you've been wanting something for a while
and it hasn't happened yet. How about we use the example of a new
house. Wouldn't that be wonderful! A beautiful new home! But, each time
you think about it, your thoughts go like this ' I can't afford a new
house', ' who am I kidding', ' I'll never get a loan, not in this lousy
economy,'; or perhaps you look around the house you are living in and
think ' I hate this house', 'it's so small, there's no storage space
and there aren't enough closets', 'I can't stand being on this busy
road,' and 'I wish my neighbors would get rid of that damn barking
dog!'
Each time you think about wanting a new house, you feel negative and
each time you discuss your current house with your friends you condemn
it and complain.
Can you possibly be a vibrational match to what you want with this type
of negative frequency? Can you think, feel and emote 'bad'
and feel good? Can you focus on the lack of something and attract it to
you? Absolutely not! What you can do, is decide that you are going to
attract your new desires by sending out 'good vibrations.'
So, now let's create that new house. Each time you think about your
beautiful new home, use your imagination to create it in your mind.
Think about it in detail. Imagine walking through the large bright
sunny rooms with the windows that overlook a beautiful view; the space
to store things and the many walk in closets; the beautiful
furnishings; the quite street and the neighbors that have a
dog that doesn't bark. Now when you talk about your desire for a new
house you say things like 'I'm looking forward to living in a big
beautiful house; ' I know there is a way for me to afford my new house
and I'll figure it out', ' the economy has nothing to do with me',
'there are many positive aspects to this house I'm living in now', 'I
remember the fun parties and holiday's I've experienced here', 'I'm
going to begin to check out houses that match what I'm looking for'.
One of the processes I suggest to my clients is to have a
'creation box.' In this example of wanting a new house, take the time
to find pictures of the kind of house you want. Cut out pictures from
different types of magazines the style and the beautiful furnishings;
the kind of yard and the view. Even pictures of entertaining. Put all
of these pictures in your 'creation box' as if it is already happening
and you are getting ready. All of this is to put you in the feeling
place of attracting your new home.
This is the process of deliberately becoming a vibrational match to
your desire. This is practicing 'good vibrations.' And most of all it's
all about 'keeping those lovin' good vibrations active within you;
Loving where you are, what you have and excited about the new desire!
